Ensure that each job is completed on-time, on-budget, and according the customer expectations

Field inspect all jobs and trades at the beginning and end of each project to go over any special requests or concerns

Ladder assist sales reps when needed

Made mid-trade inspections to make sure that trades are going as instructed and writes charge/hold slips against subcontractors

Maintain timely and accurate communication with customers, vendors, and contractors externally, and with production and sales internally

Make minor repairs/adjustments as needed

Manage crews in field

Meet with the homeowner throughout the project process

Provide oversight and support to all jobs currently in production

Verify that dumpsters and materials are properly placed at the beginning of each project

Verify that dumpsters and materials are properly removed at the end of each project

Must be able to pick up 50+ pounds

Must be willing and able to climb ladders and go onto roofs

Must be willing to complete a drug screening

Must be willing to comply with a DMV screening

Must have valid driver’s license

Must undergo a background check
